FICC members pay a one-time membership fee plus the cost of reproducing back issues of publications. The reproduction fee is waived for institutions that accept back copies of publications electronically.
Members receive a monthly statement for their proportionate share of services provided to the FICC as a whole. The amount a member pays depends upon the size of the institution, the specific services offered during the prior month, and other factors. Dividing the cost of services among the member financial institutions allows us to provide the highest quality, specialized legal services at a reasonable cost.
